Shipping

WA Skate Ramps ships ramp kits and skate obstacles Australia-wide from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • The size and weight of the packaged order
  • The shipping address provided at checkout
  • The type of freight service required for the order

Orders can only be shipped to the nominated shipping address provided at the time the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information so you can check the delivery progress.

If an item is out of stock, made to order, or if we are unable to ship your order to schedule for any reason, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Estimated Transit Times

Australia is a big country, so delivery times can vary depending on your location, freight carrier and final delivery access. The guide below can be used as an estimate of transit time after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates only. In most cases freight is delivered within the estimated timeframe, and sometimes earlier. On rare occasions, circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Please be assured that we always do everything we can to get your ramp to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Address and Re-Delivery

The nominated shipping address is the address provided by the customer in the shipping address field at the time the order is placed.

Our freight carriers may contact the customer or receiver to arrange delivery for a suitable date and time. It is the responsibility of the customer or receiver to be available at the nominated shipping address to accept delivery at the arranged time.

If a delivery time has been arranged and the customer or receiver is not present to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee of $45.00 plus GST may be charged.

If the customer refuses delivery, requests re-delivery, redirects the freight, or asks for the order to be forwarded to an address other than the original nominated shipping address, the customer accepts responsibility for any extra costs associated with re-delivery, redirection or forwarding of the freight.

Refunds and Returns

Once you receive your order, please unpack it and check the contents against the checklist included in your assembly instructions.

If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange replacement parts where required.

WA Skate Ramps does not offer refunds for shipped orders if you have simply changed your mind, decided you do not like the product, or no longer have use for it.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another WA Skate Ramps product, this may be possible under the following conditions:

  1. The original order must be returned complete, unopened and in its original packaging.
  2. A re-stocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price will apply.
  3. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs.
  4. Your new order will only be shipped once the original item has been returned to our warehouse, received and checked by our team, and all amounts payable, including any return freight costs, have been paid in full.
